Can you work while we keep trading?

Generally, no. We take full control of the site. A controlled site is a safer, faster site, and it protects your people, your customers, and the programme. Where trading genuinely must continue, we agree staged handovers and out-of-hours sequencing up front.

Are you tender-ready for government work?

Fully. Licence BC105651, HazardCo safety management, QA & ITP processes, Buildertrend programme control, and complete insurance coverage, with documentation packs ready for tender panels. Ask for our capability statement.

What size projects do you take?

From small make-good works to major infrastructure. The systems are the same at every scale. That is the point.

Who manages our project day-to-day?

A dedicated site manager on the ground, director oversight from Joshua Vassallo, and contracts administration handled in-house. One accountable builder, one number to call.

How do you handle variations and defects?

Variations are priced and approved in writing before work proceeds. Defects are tracked through structured QA inspections. Franki handed over with zero.
