What do your renovations actually cost?

Every job is different, different complexities, materials, design, and performance requirements. We assess your project on its own terms at the first site walk, then give you a fixed, itemised proposal before you commit.

Can we live in the house during the build?

Usually, no, for your safety and the speed of the build, we recommend moving out for the works. Where staying is unavoidable, we sequence works in stages, seal off live zones with dust barriers, and keep services running, and price the protection measures into the programme up front.

How do you handle variations?

No variation proceeds without a written price and your approval in Buildertrend. You will never discover a cost at invoice time, that is the control we are named for.

Who actually runs my project?

A dedicated site manager on the ground daily, with director oversight from Joshua Vassallo on every project. One accountable builder, no handoffs, no subcontracted project management.

What happens after handover?

Statutory warranty plus our own defect liability period. We built our reputation on 320+ insurance repairs, if something needs attention, we come back fast.
